Return Policy

This is the biggie right? We know you want to have the security of making sure you get exactly what you want and expect. So we strive to be as descriptive as possible when creating listings with regards to the condition, description and photos of each listing. We take front, back, and close ups of areas that may be of concern. We then provide zoomed in perspectives of all images. It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly review everything listed, and ask us questions when uncertain about any aspect of the listing prior to making a purchase.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the item (based on the tracking). All sales that came with free shipping are subject to a restocking fee of 35%. Sales without free shipping are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Items listed as "Final Sale" are not refundable". Original shipping charges are not refunded. There are three scenarios where we will void the restocking fee:
- For any...unlikely...reason you may want to cancel an order, contact us immediately before the item has shipped. Items generally ship out within 10 to 48 hours of purchase.
- If you are a registered user: Log into your account and find the order in the order history.
- If you checked out as a guest: Utilize the Contact Us form and send us a request for cancellation with your order number and date of order from the order confirmation email.
You will receive a cancellation email (remember to check your junk mail).
- If you receive a different item than the one ordered you must reach out to us within 5 days of receiving the item (based on the tracking). At which point we will process an exchange or return at your request.
- Exchanges for equal value or more will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be subject to a shipping fee.
What if it does not fit? Not typically, but sizes could vary between different brands or styles. It is a crazy world and sometimes designers do not agree that a number is universal, go figure. So how do you know if something will fit? Reach out to us. Tell us the the item you are interested in and we will let you know the measurements so you can make an informed decision.
To process a return:
1. If you are a registered user: Log in to your account and utilize the return form in your account panel.
2. If you checked out as a guest: Utilize the Contact Us form and provide order number and date of purchase from the order confirmation email and the reason for the return.
You will receive an email with return a RMA, shipping details, and a shipping label good for 15 days (remember to check your junk mail).
Items purchase with in-store credit will be refunded as in-store credit.
Promotions, discounts, coupons will not be reimbursed.
The item must be shipped back and postmarked within the 15 days of you receiving it to be eligible for a refund, an extension will not be issued.
Items MUST be in resaleable condition: “Resaleable” means that the item(s) must not have incurred damage, such as signs of use by the customer, marks, scuffing, tears, holes, stains, dirt, etc. (All items are photographed before being shipped to the customer.)
Item(s) must have all tags still attached to be considered resaleable. Please inspect clothing before removing tags, as this will cause returns to be rejected. No exceptions. Reattached tags will be rejected. Rejected returns cannot be shipped back to customers.
Do not send any items back without first receiving an RMA. Items received without an RMA will not be processed and cannot be shipped back.
Please allow 7-10 business days after your return has been successfully processed for your refund to appear on your statement.
If the tracking shows that your order arrived at its destination we will not be able to issue you a refund or credit and you will have to contact the shipper for a resolution.
We sincerely hope to never be in a position where you will need a refund, but we will do everything possible to keep you from needing it and help in these situations.
